• downloadable files and digital downloads;
• membership fees or subscription payments for any period during which access has been available;

• gift purchases, except where otherwise required by applicable law;
• and any other digital products or Services expressly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

The fact that you choose not to access, use, download, complete or continue using a purchased digital product or Service does not, by itself, create any entitlement to a refund.
