The MBH Programs
Workshops & Seminars
Some of the most valuable lessons don't come from reading about horses. They come from seeing, experiencing and understanding things for yourself.
Workshops and seminars provide an opportunity to learn in a practical environment where theory and hands-on experience come together. Whether you're working with your own horse or observing others, you'll gain valuable insights that can be directly applied to your everyday training.
One of the greatest advantages of learning in a group setting is the opportunity to observe a variety of horses, personalities and situations. Often, seeing someone else's challenges can help you better understand your own horse and reveal solutions you may not have considered before.
Topics may include groundwork, communication, leadership, young horse training, behavioural rehabilitation, trailer loading, confidence building, emotional regulation, ridden work and many other aspects of horse-human interaction.
Throughout each workshop, participants are encouraged to ask questions, explore different perspectives and develop a deeper understanding of both horse behaviour and the role they play within the relationship.
The goal is not simply to teach techniques.
It's to help you develop the knowledge, awareness and practical skills needed to become a more confident, capable and effective partner for your horse.
Available Formats
Host a Workshop
Workshops can be organised by riding clubs, training facilities, private groups or individual horse owners. Events can be tailored to the needs, goals and experience level of the participants and may focus on a specific topic or a combination of subjects.
Whether you're looking to address a specific challenge, explore a particular area of training or provide your community with a unique educational experience, workshops can be designed to support the goals of both horses and their owners.
Participate with Your Horse
Participants have the opportunity to work directly with their own horse and receive individual guidance throughout the workshop. This format allows you to apply what you're learning in real time while receiving feedback specific to your horse and situation.
It also provides an opportunity to ask questions, work through challenges and gain practical experience in a supportive learning environment.
Attend as an Observer
Not ready to bring your horse? Observer places offer an excellent opportunity to learn through demonstrations, discussions and the experiences of both horses and participants.
Many riders are surprised by how much they learn simply by observing. Watching different horses, challenges and training approaches often provides valuable insights that are difficult to see when working only with your own horse. In many cases, understanding another horse's struggles can help you better understand your own.
International Events
Workshops and seminars are available both within Slovenia and internationally.
Whether you're part of a riding club, training facility or a community of horse owners, workshops can be tailored to the needs of your participants and provide valuable learning opportunities for riders of all experience levels.
If you're interested in organising a workshop or seminar in your area, I'd love to hear from you and explore how we can bring the event to your community.

From Beginner To Partner
I decided to attend the workshop because I was a complete beginner when it came to working with horses. Owning a horse had been my dream my entire life, but I never had the opportunity. When I was younger, there weren't many riding schools available where I lived, so learning simply wasn't an option.
When the opportunity finally came, I knew I had to take it. I joined the workshop because I wanted to learn the basics — how to safely handle a horse, how to lead one properly and, perhaps most importantly, how I needed to behave around horses.
I gained so much valuable knowledge during the workshop, and I hope to continue learning through your future events. Your way of teaching is so clear and easy to understand that anyone can follow along, regardless of their experience.
Before attending, I honestly saw my horse mainly as a beloved companion. Now I understand that our relationship is a partnership. We both have a role to play, and it's my responsibility to provide leadership, guidance and clear boundaries.
I would recommend your workshops to every beginner, and honestly, even to experienced riders. They help you understand that building a genuine relationship with your horse is far more important than trying to force things, which unfortunately is still how some people approach training.
Eli, Eti and I are working together beautifully now, and we're making wonderful progress — much of that is thanks to you. Thank you!

Training The Human, Not Just The Horse
So far, I've worked with Nastja three times, and each training session has given me a great deal of new knowledge.
I first attended one of her groundwork clinics, where I realised that even though I thought I already knew the basics, I still had so much to learn. Nastja explained everything clearly and showed me how to do each exercise correctly.
Once I started practising her exercises with my own horse, I quickly noticed a significant difference in both his physical and emotional state. During our individual training sessions, she quickly identified our weak points and guided me step by step through the process of improving them.
What I like most is that she doesn't just train the horse — she mainly trains you. She teaches you how to work with your horse correctly, so you can better understand him and build a strong bond with him.
If you're experiencing any kind of challenges with your horse, I truly recommend her. She has an incredible ability to recognise where the real problem lies and helps both you and your horse overcome it together.
