Where an assessment is intended to evaluate a Member's own knowledge, judgement or practical competence, AI must not be used in any manner that compromises the integrity, fairness or purpose of the assessment or constitutes plagiarism or other academic misconduct.

Nothing in this AI Usage Disclaimer grants Members any right to use MBH Academy content for the creation of AI training datasets, foundation models or other machine learning resources.
