Affiliate Program Terms

1. Affiliate Eligibility & Approval

Participation in the MBH Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Mind Body Horsemanship.

We reserve the right to accept or decline affiliate applications at our discretion to ensure that the individuals, businesses and platforms representing the MBH Academy are aligned with the values and standards of the Mind Body Horsemanship brand.

Approval as an affiliate does not create an employment, partnership, agency or other formal business relationship between you and Mind Body Horsemanship. You participate in the program as an independent affiliate.

2. Affiliate Commission

Approved affiliates earn a 30% commission on eligible purchases of the MBH Academy made through their unique affiliate link.

For one-time purchases, commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer.

For payment plans, commission is earned separately on each successfully completed payment and is not paid in advance on future instalments.

Commission rates, Academy pricing and payment options may change in the future. The commission applicable to a sale will be based on the Affiliate Program terms and pricing in effect at the time of purchase.

3. Referral Tracking

Each affiliate receives a unique tracking link. When someone visits the MBH Academy through your affiliate link, a referral cookie is stored for 12 months, subject to the visitor's browser, device and privacy settings.

A referral can only be attributed when our tracking system successfully records the affiliate link. Cookies that are deleted, blocked, disabled or otherwise unavailable may prevent a referral from being tracked.

If a customer interacts with more than one affiliate link before purchasing, the commission will be attributed according to the tracking and attribution rules used by the MBH affiliate system at the time of purchase.

Affiliate commissions cannot be manually attributed to a referral when the affiliate tracking system has not recorded the referral, except at the discretion of Mind Body Horsemanship.

4. Eligible Commissions

Commission is earned only on completed, successfully paid purchases that are correctly attributed to your affiliate account.

Commissions are not payable on cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, chargeback or otherwise reversed transactions.

If commission has already been credited for a purchase that is later refunded, disputed or reversed, the corresponding commission may be deducted from your affiliate balance or future payouts.

For payment plans, commission is earned only on instalments successfully received. If a customer cancels, defaults on or stops making payments, no commission will be earned on unpaid future instalments.

5. Using Your Affiliate Link

You're welcome to share your affiliate link through your website, blog, newsletter, social media channels and with individuals or communities you genuinely believe may benefit from the MBH Academy.

Affiliate links must not be used in misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, spam-based or unsolicited promotional practices.

Affiliates may not alter, manipulate or interfere with affiliate links, cookies or tracking mechanisms in an attempt to generate or claim commissions that would not otherwise be attributed to them.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as Mind Body Horsemanship, the MBH Academy, Nastja Pungračič Šprogar or an official representative, employee or agent of the brand.

Your promotion should make it clear that you are independently recommending the MBH Academy as an affiliate.

6. Honest Promotion

We want the MBH Academy to be shared in a way that reflects the values behind Mind Body Horsemanship.

Any statements you make about the Academy should be honest, accurate and based on current information.

Affiliates may not make false or misleading claims, guarantee specific results or misrepresent the content, pricing, availability or benefits of the MBH Academy.

You may share your genuine personal experience with the MBH Academy, but individual experiences should not be presented as guaranteed outcomes for other students.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, you are responsible for clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship and explaining that you may receive a commission when someone purchases through your link.

7. Paid Advertising & Brand Use

Affiliates may not run paid advertisements using the Mind Body Horsemanship, MBH, MBH Academy or other brand names, trademarks, misspellings or closely related branded search terms without prior written permission from Mind Body Horsemanship.

Affiliates may not create websites, social media accounts, domain names or other online properties that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Mind Body Horsemanship or MBH Academy channel.

MBH logos, photographs, course materials, videos, written content, graphics and other copyrighted or branded materials may only be used where they have been expressly provided or approved for affiliate promotion.

Approved promotional materials may not be materially altered in a way that misrepresents the MBH brand or Academy without prior permission.

8. Discounts, Coupons & Incentives

Affiliates may not advertise, create or distribute unauthorised discount codes, coupons, cashback offers, rebates, bonuses or other incentives in connection with the MBH Academy.

Any promotional offer represented as being associated with Mind Body Horsemanship or the MBH Academy must be officially provided or approved by Mind Body Horsemanship.

9. Self-Referrals

Affiliate links may not be used to receive commission on your own purchases unless explicitly permitted by Mind Body Horsemanship.

Attempts to create artificial referrals, duplicate accounts or transactions primarily for the purpose of generating affiliate commission may result in the commission being cancelled and the affiliate account being suspended or terminated.

10. Commission Payments

Affiliate commissions become eligible for payout only after any applicable refund, cancellation or chargeback period has passed.

Payout timing, minimum payout thresholds and available payment methods will be displayed within your affiliate account or communicated separately by Mind Body Horsemanship.

Affiliates are responsible for providing complete and accurate payment information.

Affiliates are also responsible for any taxes, declarations, reporting obligations or other legal requirements applicable to affiliate income in their country or jurisdiction.

Mind Body Horsemanship is not responsible for delays or failed payments resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated payment information supplied by the affiliate.

11. Changes to the Program

Mind Body Horsemanship may update the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, cookie duration, pricing, payment options, eligibility requirements, promotional rules or these terms when necessary.

Where a change materially affects existing affiliates, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate the change before or when it takes effect.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

Either you or Mind Body Horsemanship may end participation in the Affiliate Program at any time.

Mind Body Horsemanship reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account in cases of fraudulent activity, misuse of the program, misleading promotion, damage to the MBH brand or material violation of these terms.

Commissions associated with fraudulent, misleading, prohibited or otherwise ineligible activity may be withheld or cancelled.

Valid commissions earned before termination will remain payable in accordance with these terms unless they resulted from activity that violated the Affiliate Program Terms.

Upon termination, you must stop representing yourself as an MBH affiliate and discontinue any use of promotional materials where continued use would imply an active affiliation with Mind Body Horsemanship.
